I’ve only driven an E36 once, briefly. A 328is, 5 speed. Despite the janky interiors, and not being as pretty as E30s or as refined as E46s, I really want one.

I had an e36 325 with a bit of stuff on it. Handled great, BMW build quality was garbage however. So much maintenance from questionable engineering choices.

It’s a pretty shocking change from E30s and E28s and such. Handles like a different millennium from those two, but the build quality got really disappointing
